Collect In Store
The product prices listed on our website are also applicable in store. You are welcome to buy from the shop. Payment will be processed in-store at the point of collection. Alternatively, if you have chosen to order online and collect from the store then you will need to prepay via our website at the point of order. We’ll send you an email or SMS when it’s ready to collect. Normally orders will be available for pick up within an hour during normal opening hours. For after-hour or urgent pickup please call / txt on 021 2501166 or email email@example.com to arrange a time.
Shipping within New Zealand
Orders received by 1pm (Mon-Fri,excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. In the event of business closure for stocktake or important event, delivery delays will be displayed on the home page.
All deliveries are by tracked or non-signature courier service. We mostly use CourierPost and Fastway as our freight providers. Most orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Rural can take several days extra. Please note, delivery targets are a guide only and not a guarantee. In some rare instance where your delivery address is not covered by our contract courier provider, we will send the order via tracked parcel post from NZ Post.
We charge a standard flat shipping fee of NZ$4 for non-rural deliveries or $8 for rural deliveries. There are no limitations to the quantity that is sent.
If you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable and we are unable to dispatch immediately, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you of the situation and provide available options. You may wait until the product is available or replace it with a substitute product (the order total will be confirmed and adjusted), or get the refund of the order cancellation.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing an order. If a parcel fails to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it then becomes the buyer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery.
For International shipping
We’re only shipping to Australia at the moment. We use an International Air service which takes around 3-6 working days to deliver on receipt of the order. This is an untracked service. Please note, delivery targets are a guide only and not a guarantee.
Shipping costs for Australia deliveries are value-based and are tiered. A base fee of AU$6 is charged for orders up to AU$50. Orders above AU$50 are charged an extra AU$4 for each additional AU$50 of order value. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at check out. The example rates are as follows. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that Dance2Go cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you wish to return your goods for either an exchange or refund as you prefer, please simply return them to us within 7 days from the ship date accompanied by a Return Form. No exceptions due to our quick restock cycle to avoid overstocking. Returns must be received in new, unworn, undamaged condition and with all tags attached if applicable. You may try on the item(s), but you should not already be using it in its ‘worn’ state. Item(s) found to have been used/trialed under unsatisfactory conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
Gift vouchers, e-gift certificates, cosmetics and items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may not be returned. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange underwear and tights even if returned unworn.
All refunds are for the merchandise price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should you require a first exchange for an item, no additional shipping and handling fee will be made for NZ deliveries when the item(s) is shipped back to you. Further exchanges will incur normal delivery charge.
Please be aware that exchanged items may take up to 5 working days to be processed and redelivered after receiving the item(s) returned. If the time frame doesn’t work with your time schedule we recommend that customer put a new online order. We will then refund your original purchase. To ensure proper processing, please specify “refund and new order placed” on the Return Form.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, please notify us immediately by email or phone call. We will arrange a courier pickup from you or send you a prepaid bag for returning the item(s) meanwhile we will send the replacement at our cost.
Dance 2Go is not responsible for any item packages lost in transit. As such, we advise all item packages be returned to us via ‘Track and Trace’ (or similar) method.

International Returns and Exchange
Exchanges for overseas deliveries will be subject to our standard delivery charge in all cases. To initiate an international return please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the items back.
